This jelly tastes as good as an early morning in spring smells– fresh, vibrant and bursting with goodness. My favorite way to eat it is with a hard cheese like sharp cheddar, Manchego or gouda, some cured pork like a peppered salami and crackers. It is one of the things I slow down to eat in the busy gardening and herb-making season.
Dandelion Jelly 4 oz
Units Sold: 9
Fresh and vibrant, dandelion jelly is an excellent addition to your charcuterie board or just spread it on some toast, or even right out of the jar, it is that good! Made with organic cane sugar, Pomona’s (low sugar) pectin, purified water, lemon juice and lots and lots of dandelions, carefully selected from an area with no spraying.
