My husband and I have been active bakers for many years now, but only came into the gluten free scene recently. Several years ago, Darrick and our two children were diagnosed with Celiac’s disease. For our kitchen adventures, this was quite a blow. However, we are both stubborn people, so it only served as a new challenge for our recipes. Our first goal was to discover how to make bread that came as close to the real thing as possible.
