I’ve always been a candle-lover. The wide variety of scents and flickering flames evoke the calm + cozy ambiance that everyone needs to unwind. For a majority of my life, I found myself purchasing candles from popular brands, not ever giving much thought to how these products were processed. I recall hosting an event at my home one day and noticing that the candle being burned in my bathroom had been creating an unappealing line of soot up the wall. This was the turning point that made me make the switch from traditional wax candles to 100% soy candles.
I occasionally began to make soy candles as a hobby – after moving to the mountains of New Hampshire, I felt provoked to take the leap to turn my passion into a small business. I wanted to create a brand and label that uses the finest ingredients available and reflects the beauty of our natural surroundings. All our candles are hand-poured in small batches with the strongest allowable fragrance loads to create an amazing burning experience. They are all natural, dye-free, paraffin-free and environmentally friendly. I am filled with joy that I am now able to make “doing what you love” my reality.
