I use Pomona’s pectin and organic evaporated cane juice for all my jellies so you really taste the fruit and can avoid excess sugar. This jelly is made with local, non-spray pears and spiced with cardamom and ginger. It is delicious with charcuteries, on turkey sandwiches or just by the spoonful.
