Grass-fed whole white cow milk, pasteurized, non-homogenized (the cream rises to the top). Container is recyclable. Our milk is bottled on demand, and the shelf life is 21 days from bottling with no preservatives. 1/2 gallon size (also offered in quart and pint sizes)
