I have been making this relish, out of the “Ball Complete Book of Home Preserving” for almost a decade now and I have friends across the US who ask for it for every summer. I’ve saved a few jars to see how it goes for sales here so get it while it’s available or wait until next year!

All products are made with great care for the plants and the planet and are made using organic, locally grown, and/or sustainably wild harvested ingredients with a small amount of purchased materials (always organic) when necessary.
