Chris Owens Family manages and operates Owens Truck Farm on 577 Route in Ashland. We pride ourselves on the flavor and taste of our produce, which we attribute to the combination of our rich soil, suitable microclimate and earth-friendly farming practices. The farm is not organic certified but still uses all natural growing practices, closely monitoring the water needs of our vegetables and herbs. We do not use any synthetic pesticides. We hand weed our plants. Chris, the farm founder, believes in flavor, freshness and appearance of our products. For over 40 years, he has been choosing seeds and plants that produce the best harvest.
