Sunnyfield Brick Oven Bakery is a microbakery in Wonalancet, New Hampshire. We bake naturally leavened breads from organic ingredients sourced as locally as possible, in our 14-ton wood fired brick bake oven. The Baker, Peg Loughran, is the founder and former owner of the Chinook Cafe in Conway, NH. Peg started baking for the CSA at the Community School in Tamworth, and there was so much demand for her bread when the season was over, that she started a Bread Share program that has spread from the bakery in Wonalancet as far north as North Conway, and as far south as Wolfeboro, and now Plymouth. The bread travels on school buses and with commuters (on school bus to Wolfeboro, with PSU professor to Plymouth) to its various destinations and is available in the summer Saturday mornings at the Tamworth Farmers Market.
