Refund Policy

There are times when a purchased item cannot be delivered, e.g. eggs are broken in transit, and you will be refunded for the item. You will see a “returned item” sticker on your order form next to the item that will be refunded. We apologize in advance for items that cannot be fulfilled.

If you receive an item in your order that is damaged, incorrect or you have complaints about, you have 14 days from the day you receive the item to email us and notify Local Foods Plymouth. Please do so by emailing localfoodsplymouth@gmail.com or calling the office at 603-536-5030 x104.
